Firefighter hockey community

Recover. Perform.
Stay ready.

For the long game.

The Fire Service takes a physical, mental, and emotional toll that does not always end when your shift—or your career—does. This resource is a private, pressure-free place to learn about recovery, performance, and long-term health with guidance from licensed clinicians.

Educational Confidential Clinician-led No pressure

Built around the actual demands of a career in the Fire Service.

The goal is not to chase a diagnosis or sell a treatment. It is to understand the factors that shape how you feel, recover, and function now—and years from now.

“This is about helping our community find credible information and qualified support—not convincing anyone they need testing or treatment.”

Why I’m sharing this.

After 26 years in the fire service, I have seen, and experienced firsthand, how interrupted sleep, cumulative injuries, stress, and the demands of the job can add up.

Retirement has been an amazing next chapter, but I realized a few months in that I needed help to reach my personal health and wellness goals. I was fortunate to get connected with Antiaging MD and I have seen incredible positive improvements in my health over the past 6 months. I want to help get the word out to our community so others can benefit from this resource. There are many paths to reaching your health goals, and there is a lot of noise out there, so I felt it was important to share something that worked for me.

Thanks for taking the time to read this; I hope all of you will live a long, healthy life, both during and after your fire service career.
